Description Overall objective: Strengthening of the socio-economic development through increase of sustainable employability and mobility in the Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina cross-border region
Specific objective: Creation of sustainable employment opportunities in the areas of Zlatibor County and Sarajevo Canton through improvement of services in tourism aligned with market requirements and through stimulation of employability of the women hard to employ
Project activities:
1.1 Mapping of current needs of the management in tourism

1.3 Transfer of knowledge Srb→B&H: programme for mentors
1.4 Transfer of knowledge Srb→B&H: programme for unemployed women
1.5 Transfer of knowledge Srb→B&H: programme for the non-skilled
2 Networking and service development planning activities
3 Promotion in schools
4.1 Setting up project team and implementation plan
4.2 Promotion strategy and procurement of promotional services
4.3 Project events and service presentation
Expected results 1. Unemployed women, poorly skilled workforce and managers in tourism obtained new skills and built their capacities in CBC environment
2. New and innovative service established through cross-border cooperation
3. Tourism related professions in demand promoted in schools and amongst parents
4. Project implemented and the established service promoted in line with good practice and EU visibility rules
Expected outputs  60 private sector operators developing possibilities and conditions for practical training of unemployed
• 2 new services commercialised
• 2 training courses certified
• 47 new jobs created in the enterprises which received assistance from the scheme
• 120 companies in which processes were improved
• 70 participants with increased employment competences
• 1 new programme for increasing employability
• 20 participants managing to find employment thanks to new competences and skills acquired
• 22 people employed as a consequence of development of new programme and service
