Description Specific Objectives:
1.Provide open access to critical IT knowledge to students of high schools and vocational schools via the creation of a regional Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform;
2.Empower the youth to find employment, launch an entrepreneurial initiative and/or pursue further studies in a high potential field by supporting them in actively utilizing the newly acquired knowledge;
3. Support the regional knowledge centers (universities, high schools, vocational schools) in increasing the practical applicability of their IT teaching to the needs of the labour market, and create a network of IT skills enthusiasts, learners and pioneers in the region.

Activity 1: Development of MOOC platform
Activity 2: Development of IT courses
Activity 3: Piloting and testing of the MOOC platform and courses
Activity 4: Dissemination campaign and platform promotion
Activity 5: Course delivery and teaching support
Activity 6: Product development boot camp
Activity 7: Inter-institutional cross-border experience sharing
Activity 8: Guidelines for production of MOOCs
Activity 9: Student of the Month
Expected results 1. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) platform available to all interested learners in the target region;
2. Minimum 500 youth is empowered to participate in the labor market, launch an entrepreneurial initiative and/or pursue higher education opportunities in a high-value field;
3. Sustainable network of regional knowledge centers focused on supporting acquisition of high-value ICT knowledge by youth is established.
Expected outputs 1: MOOC platform and 3 online IT courses;
2: Functional MOOC platform and courses encouraging engagement and effective learning ;
3: Awareness of the existence and benefits of the platform and courses in the target regions;
4: Teaching support offered to high school and vocational school students for assisted learning with the platform and courses;
5: 28 personal computers purchased and handed over to learning centers;
6: 10 digital products for personal or business use;
7: Established network of IT experts and enthusiasts;
8: Guidelines for production of MOOCs
