| Description | Overall objective: To contribute to enhancement of employability and employment opportunities in cross border region through networking of business support organization and effective joint use of existing business support infrastructure in both countries. Specific objective: Improved knowledge, skills and competence and work experience of students, unemployed and employed persons in cross border area through introduction of innovative tools and support mechanisms for startup community and labor market. Project cctivities: GA1. Introduction of innovative start up support tool A1.1. Online mentorship platform creation A1.2 Management of online mentorship platform A1.3 Online mentorship platform promotion GA2. Capacity building of business support organizations and VET schools A 2.1 Transfer of start up support methodology from Technopolis to Regional Innovation start up centre Priboj A 2.2 Procurement of equipment and supplies for practical trainings in mechatronics and robotics for VET Technical schools in Priboj and Niksic A 2.3 Development of joint training curricula for robotics and mechatronics in 5 VET schools lead by Techopolis experience and know how A 2.4 Training of trainers for new curricula (VET school teachers) A 2.5 Development of new cross border instrument for technical schools training curricula updating and monitoring GA3. Improving practical knowledge and skills of VET schools students and young unemployed people in targeted region A3.1. Organization of practical trainings and practical work for secondary school students in CNC programming, CNC processing and robotics in Technical schools Priboj and Niksic A 3.2 Conducting training for unemployed persons from CB region in Technopolis Niksic in CNC programming and CNC processing A 3.3 Capacity building of VET schools through visiting the good examples of dual education in EU countries GA.4.
