In the framework of the IPA Cross-border Programme Albania-Montenegro a workshop for management of grant contracts was organised for beneficiaries of the programme contracted under the 3^rd call for proposals. The workshop that took place in Podgorica gathered 35 participants representing various institutions from Montenegro that were awarded grants and started implementing their projects as of December 2013. The workshop was organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro supported by CBIB plus project in terms of the training programme and materials as well as provision of experts’ support to the staff of the programme’s Joint Technical Secretariat and Antenna office during the training delivery. One of the crucial things for effectiveness of the training was presence of the representatives of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro during all three days of the training, who were able to provide first-hand information on various issues of interest to the participants.
