Overall objective: The overall objective of the action is improved risk prevention and management system in order to increase resilience to natural and man-made disasters in West Herzegovina Canton and Municipality of Herceg Novi area. Specific objectives: SO1: Joint cooperation structure between West Herzegovina Canton and Municipality of Herceg Novi for improvement of cross-border management of disasters established. SO2: The capacities and competencies of the emergency services in West Herzegovina Canton and Municipality of Herceg Novi strengthened. SO3: Public awareness in West Herzegovina Canton and in Municipality of Herceg Novi on prevention measures and behaviour in case of natural or manmade disasters raised.
