During October 2020 six webinars IPA III CBC programming: strategy development and formulation were organised for WB beneficiaries:
- 2 October 2020 – Joint Task Force members from North Macedonia
- 5 October 2020 – Joint Task Force members from Bosnia and Herzegovina
- 9 October 2020 – Joint Task Force members from Albania
- 12 October 2020 – Joint Task Force members from Serbia
- 13 October 2020 – Joint Task Force members from Montenegro
- 15 and 16 October 2020 – Joint Task Force members from Kosovo*
The objective of these webinars was to enhance the capacity for planning and drafting the IPA III cross border cooperation programme document
With the aim to achieve the set objective the following topics were covered with these capacity-building activities:
- Introduction to the IPA III CBC programming
- Strategy development and formulation process step by step
- Situation analysis and findings
- Making strategic choices
- Intervention strategy and elaboration of thematic priorities
- Financial plan and implementing arrangements
- Coherence with macroregional strategies and cross-cutting issues
