Description Overall objective: To contribute to increased employability and fostered of social inclusion among young people in the cross-border area
Specific objective: Created enabling environment for the community of young entrepreneurs in cross-border area committed to start their own business
A 1.1.Research in outsourcing of jobs that can become business opportunity and problems that are slowing down the progress in micro enterprises that could be solved through new services and businesses;
A 1 .2.lnnovation Boot Camps;
A 1.3.lndividual training skills program;
A 2.1.Cross-Border Forum of Future cooperation;
A 2.2.Pitching of business ideas;
A 2.3. Individual promo campaign for best business solutions;

Expected results R1. Improve the youth abilities for developing their own business ideas
based on innovative skills, new competences and knowledge;
R2. Increased opportunities for support to start-up businesses of young people involved in
the project;
R3. Increased support to young entrepreneurs and self- employment through local policies and incentives
Expected outputs 1. At least 32 business ideas are developed by youngsters in the cross­border area at the end of the action
2. Start-up funds provided for at least 30% of the business ideas developed during the program
3. At least 50% of the developed business ideas find mentoring, internship, incubating, and other supporting opportunities
4. Municipalities in the cross border area develop at least one new policy in support of young entrepreneurs by the end
of the project
5. One Innovation Boot camp program prepared by cross-border experts delivered twice during the action on annual bases
6. 96 days of Individual training skills programs developed on missing competences
7. Around 300 youngsters participate in the Orientation trainings at the cross-border area
8. Around 140 youngsters participate in the Innovation Boot Camps at the cross­border area
9. 80 youngsters involved in the Individual Training Skills Program
10. 90 participants involved in the Cross­Border Forum of Future Cooperation
11. 36 individual promotion videos recorded and broadcasted
12. One live-stream broadcasted event
13. one policy document produced and shared with local authorities
14. one research conducted at the cross-border area to support evidence based decision of the local authorities
