Description Overall objective: To contribute to utilization of tourism potentials and increase cross-border cooperation between communities of Montenegro and Serbia Specific objective: to enhance cross-border cooperation between Plužine and Tutin municipalities through utilization of local natural potentials for developing complementary and attractive products and services in active tourism Activities: WP1: Installation of Via Ferrata in Plužine and Tutin: A.1.1: Installation works on Via Ferrata Vučevo in Plužine; A.1.2: Installation works on Via Ferrata Đurđevica in Tutin; WP2: Capacity Building for Service Provision: A.2.1: Joint training for local youth who will be providing tourist guiding and rescue services on via ferrata in Plužine and Tutin A.2.2: Purchasing equipment for guides/rescue and visitors; A.2.3: Study visit trips of future guides to via ferrata sites in Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo* WP3: Promotion of New Tourist Products and Project Visibility: A.3.1: Organization of fam trips for tour operators A.3.2: Creation of video material for promotion of via ferrata in Plužine and Tutin; A.3.3: Design, printing and distribution of printed promo materials on via ferrata in Plužine and Tutin A.3.4: Organizing Via Ferrata opening events in Plužine and Tutin; A.3.5: Design, printing and distribution of the project visibility material (logotype, roll ups, leaflets, infographics, etc.); A.3.6: Organization of press conferences (in Podgorica and Belgrade – 2 events); A.3.7: Organization of project launching events (in Plužine and Tutin) A.3.8: Promotion of projects results in media, social networks, external conferences, etc
Expected results 1. Via Ferrata facilities in Plužine and Tutin installed and ready to use 2. Increased capacity of local youth to provide guide and rescue services for visitors at Via Ferrata in Plužine and Via Ferrata in Tutin 3. Increased visibility of the project’s results
