| Description | Overall objective: Establishing technical and organizational preconditions to secure environmental management capacity of PUCs in Polimlje to protect Lim River valley form waste pollution. Specific objective 1: Providing technical capacities for management of waste in Polimlje Specific objective 2: Providing improved BEE (Business Enabling Environment and PEE (Partnership Enabling Environment) for protection of Polimlje from waste pollution. Project activities A.1.0 establishing joint Working group from partners’ representatives to lead procurement processes for providing technical devices in accordance with contracted project frame (detailed specifications, resources, especially financial, procurement rules). A.1.1 Providing garbage truck for Priboj A.1.2 Providing catamaran with equipment for collecting floating waste on Potpeć lake A.1.3 Providing collecting truck for Bijelo Polje PUC “Komunalno-Lim” A.1.4 Providing electronic balance for measuring waste for Bijelo Polje PUC “Komunalno-Lim” A.1.5 Providing and installed barriers with video monitoring for catching floating waste on Lim River in Bijelo Polje municipality A.1.6 Providing hand tools for catching floating waste (nets, hooks, landing nets (meredov)) A.2.0 Forming joint Working group for providing and monitor activities where service will be prevalent procurement A.2.1 Providing studies about waste generation on Polimlje (Bijelo Polje, Priboj) and how manage it with actual technology. A.2.2.1. Gathering 15 focused training participants from Polimlje ready to participate on 6-months training. A.2.2.2 Elaboration of course curriculum. A.2.2.3 Organization of joint training for waste management in Polimlje A.2.2.4 Lead training participants to produce 10 project proposals (“feasibility studies”) for improving and development new and better waste management in Polimlje in near future for investors and donors A.2.3 Rising awareness about waste management by targeted promotional campaign A.2.4 Production and using promotional material by targeted focused stakeholders and general public in CBC area A.2.5 Rising knowledge, skills and experience of directly involved stakeholders by realisation of project managerial activities. A.2.6 Providing mechanism for joint acting in Polimlje regarding waste management during and post-project time. A.2.7 Production of TV promo film |
