The Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA) was born in 2007 as a brand new instrument combining several other external funds. In 2022 we will mark an important birthday – 15 years of successful EU support for the accession process. With IPA III, we are looking forward to the next stage.
During this information session we wanted that the actors involved for a very beginning present how the instrument was born and how the cooperation programmes under IPA evolved from 2007 until nowadays.
