In order to increase the capacities of grant beneficiaries for managing projects awarded under the 1^st Call for Proposals, a two-day training session was organised in Peja/Pec. The target group of the training included representatives of grant beneficiaries from Kosovo* only, while the training session for the grantees from Montenegro was organised in Kolasin in April.

During these two days 26 participants had an opportunity to hear and discuss topics such as: measuring achievements made under grants, setting up project team, good partnership and proper planning, setting up and using proper monitoring system, project financial planning, internal controls, project administration, challenges during project implementation and ensuring sustainability.
