The Contract Signing Ceremony for the awarded projects selected during the Thirds Call for Proposals under the IPA CBC programme Albania – Montenegro was organised on 14 February 2014 in Europa Grand Hotel, Shkodër, Albania. 

The ceremony was opened by high level officials from both participating countries, as well as from the European Commission: Minister Klajda Gjosha, Ministry for European Integration, the Republic of Albania, the Chief Negotiator for negotiations over Montenegro’s accession to the European Union, Ambassador Aleksandar Andija Pejovic, the Ambassador of European Union to Albania, Ettore Sequi.
