The Info days within IPA CBC Programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo* held in January 2021

The Info days, as promotional and preparatory of activities for the launching of the third Calls for Proposals (CfPs) were held in the framework of the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo 2014-2020 during January 2021 through MS Teams on-line platform. The Info days were organised by the Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Operating Structures of both Programmes (European Integration Office of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU), Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania and Ministry of Local Government of Kosovo).

Within both Programmes, in total six Info days were organised in the following dates:

• For the potential applicants from the municipalities of Budva, Cetinje and Danilovgrad on 11 January 2021 in relation to IPA CBC Programme Montenegro-Albania;;
• For the potential applicants from the municipalities of Kolašin, Mojkovac and Bijelo Polje on 12 January 2021 in relation to IPA CBC Programme Montenegro-Kosovo;
• For the potential applicants from the municipalities of Bar, Ulcinj, Podgorica, Tuzi, Berane, Andrijevica, Plav, Petnjica, Gusinje and Rožaje on 13 January 2021 in relation to both Programmes;
• For the potential applicants from the municipalities of Gjakova/Đakovica, Junik/Junik, Deçan/Dečani, Peja/Peć, Istog/Istok and Klina/Klina on 14 January 2021 in relation to IPA CBC Programme Montenegro-Kosovo;
• For the potential applicants from the municipalities of Fushe Arrez, Kurbin, Lezha, Malesi e Madhe, Mirdita, Puka, Shkodra, Tropoja and Vau i Dejes on 19 and 22 January 2021 in relation to IPA CBC Programme Montenegro-Albania;

Considering the health measures related to COVID-19 pandemic in Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo, the Info day were organised on-line, through MS Teams on-line platform. The info days were followed by 135 participants in total, who had the opportunity to raise question and receive answers in relation to various aspects of these IPA Programmes.

During the Info days, the participants had the opportunity to be informed about the Cross-border Cooperation Programmes Montenegro – Albania and/or Montenegro – Kosovo 2014-2020 (thematic priorities, specific objectives, eligible activities, eligible areas, funding), further activities foreseen within the programmes and forthcoming CfP. In addition, the general rules of cross-border partnership and the indicative content of the Application package were presented during the Info days.
