Description Overall objective: To increase the employability and the employment opportunities for people with disabilities (PWDs) in the cross-border area.

Specific Objectives:
SO 1: To increase the employability of PWDs in the cross-border area through the activation of more efficient systems for developing competences and professional skills
SO 2: To increase the number of employment opportunities for PWDs offered by potential employers.
SO 3:To establish a more functional institutional framework for the employment of PWDs, by strengthening the dialogue between CSOs, companies and public institutions.
SO 4: To develop a proper environment for the employment of PWDs, by reducing the stigma in the society

Main activities:
A 1.1.1: Development of 4 curricula for professional employment of PWDs
A 1.2.1: Development of 5 curricula for employability of PWDs
A 1.3.1: Organization of 4 trainings for PWDs
A 1.4.1: Organization of 2000 hours of mentorship for PWDs
A 2.1.1: Organization of20 internships for PWDs
A 2.2.1: Launch of lender for 4 self-employment initiatives managed by PWD’s
A 3.1.1: Organization of2 researches at local level
A 3.1.2: Organization of 4 Round tables in the region
A 3.1.3: Organization of I Joint conference
A 3.1.4: Discussion of the topics for the 2 policy recommendations about employment of PWDs in the region
A 3.2.1: Organization of 10 meetings with educational institutions
A 4.1.1: Promotion of 2 media campaigns in the region
A 4.2.1: Organization of 2 joint Job Fairs for employment and employability of PWDs

Expected results R1 – Employability of PWDs increased (8 curricula for employment and employability of PWDs, 30 PWDs trained and/or mentored, 2000 hours of mentorship provided
R2 – New employment opportunities for PWDs have been offered (20 Internships activated, 4 Self Employment initiatives supported, 26 PWDs employed).
R3 – Development of better ecosystem for work inclusion of PWDs, both at institutional and business level (15 meetings with institutions, CSOs and companies working with PWDs
R4 – 1 Joint Job Fair for employment and employability of PWDs, 2 Media campaigns

• 2 media campaigns in the region for dissemination of best practices and information about legislative framework,
• 1 Joint Job Fair for employment and employability of PWDs.
