In peripheral and central areas of WB countries, cooperation programmes are deeply incorporated in the life of local communities: enhancing economic development, reinforcing relations between the local population and the EU, and re-establishing and strengthening the ties between neighbouring countries. In the last 15 years, thanks to IPA funds, cross-border and transnational cooperation projects have sparked recovery at community level on the edges of the EU, fostering smooth interaction.

During our session, organised on 12 October 2022 under the EURegionsWeek, we tried to demonstrate the effects and the impact of these cooperation programmes on WBs, as well as the future plans.

In case you were not able to join us during this session but you are interested to hear that what we wanted to say clink on the LINK and watch the video recording of the entire session.
