The initial conference of the EU-funded ”Skilled women’s workforce for a better future“, implemented under IPA cross-border cooperation programme Serbia – Montenegro 2014 – 2020, took place on 26 August 2019 in the Hotel “Center” in Bijelo Polje.
The conference aimed to highlight the importance of the project in the field of employment through the possibility of long-term employment for unemployed women who first appeared at the labor market, with the aim of providing non-institutional assistance to adults and the elderly.
