Between 29 September – 3 October 2025, three information sessions were organised by the Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the CBC Structures of both countries and the EU Delegation to Albania, to present the First Call for Proposals under the 2021-2027 IPA CBC Programme Albania-Kosovo:
  •  29 September – Online (Zoom)
  •  1 October – Lezhë, Albania
  •  3 October – Prizren, Kosovo
During the sessions, applicants received detailed guidance on:
  1.  Eligibility & selection criteria
  2.  Application procedures through the PROSPECT platform
  3.  Budget planning & required documentation
The sessions gathered a wide range of stakeholders from public institutions, civil society organisations, universities, and many actors involved in the fields of environment and tourism from both sides of the border.
