Preparatory workshop on the work of the technical working groups was organized by CBIB+ project on 23 and 24 June 2014 in Durres, Albania.
The implementation of the ongoing IPA I CBC programmes and projects was discussed.
Among the participants were representatives from the Operating Structures, Delegations of the European Union, Joint Technical Secretariats from the Western Balkan countries, as well as from Directorate General for Enlargement, Brussels.
