The Ministry for Local Self-Government is a CBC body in charge of management and implementation of CBC programmes in North Macedonia.

Under IPA 2014-2020 North Macedonia is taking part in the following programmes:

Interreg IPA CBC programme between Bulgaria and North Macedonia
Interreg IPA CBC programme between Greece and North Macedonia
IPA CBC programme between Kosovo* and North Macedonia
