The EU-funded CBC project Opportunity for you has supported jobseekers in the Serbia–North Macedonia border region with guidance, workshops, and mentoring. By building both hard and soft skills, and opening doors to cross-border opportunities, the project has helped participants take real steps toward employment and entrepreneurship. To ensure activities respond to real needs, the project partners published the Joint Comparative Study on Employment and Cross-Border Mobility, a comprehensive analysis of the labour market, opportunities, and barriers in the border area. This study is available in Serbian and Macedonian language
